" Exceptional care, expert leadership, and a heartfelt commitment to every horse."
Courtney brings a rare blend of professional training, hands-on horsemanship, and genuine passion to Gallop To Growth’s boarding program. With a B.S Animal, Dairy and Veterinary Sciences with an Emphasis in Equine Science and Management from Utah State University and extensive experience working with horses in a wide range of environments, she provides a level of care and oversight that sets our facility apart.
As both our Barn Manager and Director of Equine-Assisted Services, Courtney oversees every aspect of horse health, safety, and daily care. Her background allows her to recognize subtle changes in behavior, movement, or wellbeing long before they become problems giving boarders confidence that their horses are monitored by someone with exceptional knowledge and intuition.
Courtney’s expertise extends beyond routine care. She understands biomechanics, nutrition, pasture and herd management, training fundamentals, and the emotional needs of each horse. Boarders consistently appreciate her calm presence, attention to detail, and her ability to create a barn environment that is safe, organized, and deeply horse-centered.
Most importantly, Courtney loves what she does. She treats every horse as an individual, building trust and connection with each one. Her leadership ensures that our boarding stables operate smoothly and that every horse — whether a show partner, trail buddy, or therapy companion — receives attentive, compassionate, and professional care.
At Gallop To Growth, we believe boarders deserve peace of mind. Courtney brings exactly that, a level of expertise and heart that makes our barn not just a place to keep horses, but a place where they truly thrive.
